These terms govern use of IGNITE Your Socials, a service that helps hospitality venues create live offers, manage offer status, and publish authorised social content.

Use Of The Service

You may use IGNITE only for your own venue or business, and you are responsible for the offers, prices, images, wording, and other content you create or publish through the service.

Connected Services

IGNITE may connect to third-party services such as Instagram, Meta, Stripe, and supported POS providers. You must have permission to connect each account, and those third-party services may apply their own terms, policies, and review requirements.

Instagram Publishing

When you connect an Instagram professional account, IGNITE uses the permission you grant only to identify the connected account and publish content that you create, approve, or launch inside IGNITE. You can disconnect Instagram access where supported or request help by contacting us.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid access, free trials, and subscription billing are handled through our payment provider. Subscription terms shown at checkout apply to your account, and you remain responsible for keeping billing details accurate.

Acceptable Use

You must not use IGNITE to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unauthorised content. We may suspend access if use of the service creates security, legal, platform policy, or operational risk.

Availability And Changes

We work to keep IGNITE reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time, including because of maintenance, third-party outages, platform reviews, or API changes.

Liability

IGNITE is provided on a reasonable efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, missed sales, third-party platform decisions, or issues caused by incorrect setup or unauthorised content.
